The company was started in 1994 and founded upon the principles that we would supply our customers with only the finest fruits and vegetables available all year round, at reasonable prices. Since that time, Custom Pak has evolved into a full service provider continuing to service major grocery retail chains as well as successfully expanding into the food service industry. Custom Pak is headquartered in Immokalee, Florida. Immokalee is located in the heart of the best farming and growing area of the state. We have ready access to “cream of the crop” produce during the prime nine-month harvesting season. Our ability to source, pack, and ship from the origin of product within a twenty-four (24) hour period distinguishes Custom Pak from our competitors. We can guarantee the freshest, most delicious produce to our customers each and every day!

In 1997 Custom Pak opened a small packing facility in Hendersonville, North Carolina to better service our customers in the Carolinas and Tennessee. Hendersonville was selected as the site for a second facility because of its strategic shipping location, and its close proximity to the mountain-growing region.

Then in July of 1998, we moved into our new, totally automated, HACCP approved 65,000 square foot “state of the art” fruit and vegetable packinghouse in Hendersonville.
